- Payment Information: When you make a purchase, payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
- OAuth Data: If you sign in using a third-party provider (Google, Apple, or LinkedIn), we receive basic profile information as authorized by you through that provider.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Location Data: With your explicit permission, we collect precise or approximate GPS location data to power location-based networking features. You control your location sharing preference (exact, approximate, city-level, or off) and can revoke access at any time through your device settings or in-app settings.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, event attendance, interactions with other users, search queries, timestamps, and referring URLs.
- Log Data: IP address, access times, and system activity logs collected automatically when you use the Service.

3. AI Processing
SyncChain uses artificial intelligence models to analyze your profile data, event activity, and interactions to generate collaboration insights, compatibility scores, and personalized recommendations. Key points regarding AI processing:
- Your data is processed by third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) solely to deliver features within the Service.
- Your personal data is not used to train third-party AI models.
- AI-generated insights are cached temporarily (typically up to 7 days) and then refreshed or deleted.
- You may opt out of AI-powered features at any time through your account settings, though this may limit certain functionality.

- With Other Users: Your profile information, event attendance, and other content you choose to make public are visible to other users of the Service, subject to your privacy settings.

- Anthropic and OpenAI (AI analysis and insights)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Resend (transactional email delivery)

We will verify and respond within 45 days as required by law.
